I'm looking for an job search/matching application that will run under Zope, similar in nature to what monster.com provides. We want a website that allows students to fill out a profile, upload their resume, search for employers etc., and likewise allows employers to fill out a profile and search for students that meet their qualifications, all the while keeping the information confidential.
