I am running 1.10.3 (latest release) using ZServer/ZPublisher extracted from CVS on 19/6/99 on a development machine running NT4+SP4 and the logs appear to be written correctly.

I've set up 1.110pr1 on 3 machines, and none keep logs.

1.11 has been discontinued. I would advise checking to see if Zope 2.0.0a3 has this problem (if it does we'll fix it, we won't fix 1.11). -Michel
