Let me know if I have a well understanding of the mapping in the "define permissions" tab. As I understand it if for and object X I map "permission A" to "permission B" the actual result is that a user must have both the permission A and permission B in order to access the object X. (Supposing that all other permissions are disabled). I've made several test in order to try to understand. So let me know if missed something.
