You are trying to import a .zexp file written by a newer Zope version into an older version. This is not a good idea and not supposed to work in general. I suggest to upgrade the Zope instances to 2.4.3. I have the same problem when importing a zexp file from a Win-Zope 2.4.1 into a Win-Zope 2.4.0. What's wrong here?
