Some kind of Virtual hosting via IIS does not help you? If not, you could try pound linux reverse proxy (www.apsis.ch/pound). But you need a small (486-100/16MB enough) linux machine. When I access http://localhost/CGI-Bin/Zope.pcgi I get the intro page for logging in to the manager. But when I click that link Zope Management Interface I get http://localhost/CGI-Bin/manage and there is no manage subfolder in CGI-Bin Page Not Found.
