Thanks for pointing this out. I didn't know it existed. Is it possible to see the software in action anywhere? There are no links from the page to any reviews or anywhere that it is installed. I now know that it exists, what I don't know is if it is any good or if anyone uses it.

Hi, some days ago zForum was announced on zope.org: http://zope.org/Members/speedbird/zforum090konztanz this is a rewrite of fcForum with a MySQL backend. Both work on plain Zope. Hth, Michael
I recently tried two: ZUBB, which I found similar to the Perl based Web Boards of some years ago. They did not suit me then so I wrote my own. Needless to say I did not really want to go back to square one. Squishdot, which I have used. It takes a day or so to figure out how to customise (beyond the inbuilt customisation). You can try it out of the box in next to no time - but look at some of the other Squishdot sites via http://www.squishdot.org/ to see alternative customisations.
