Well Zope itself is just an application server on top of which different knowledge management applications and solutions are built on. I haven't come across any pure KM application, though many tools can be used for KM tasks. For example ZWiki collaborative enviroment is excellent KM tool and Plone / CMF portals can be used in many ways for knowledge management.
