I feel like an idiot, but I just can't get zope running on a RH7.1 linux box, no matter what permissions I set for the var directory or its contents, and whether or not I install as root, or -u nobody, etc., etc., etc.. It runs from the command line, but not from /etc/rc.d/init.d/... If I start using the Control Panel, the control panel screws up (can't close window). chkconfig doesn't work. I've run out of options, and worse, I got this going once before, and, of course, kept no notes. Can someone definitively give me a hand? Thanks Carl David david@uconnvm.uconn.edu
