hi, I need to fetch data from a Oracle-DB. I've got DCOralce2, but it complains about some Oracle-Clients [ORACLE_HOME] not installed. My problem: I don't have these clients for linux and can't find them on the net. Is there any chance to get Linux-ZOPE working with Oracle? thanks, maik -- Maik Jablonski __o www.zfl.uni-bielefeld.de _ \<_ Deutsche Zope User Group Bielefeld, Germany (_)/(_) www.dzug.org
Oracle products for Linux are available on Oracle web site. You have to install and setup Oracle client libraries to be able to access Oracle databases from Zope (or any other tool like PHP,...). Thierry On Wed, 2002-07-17 at 11:22, Maik Jablonski wrote:

http://technet.oracle.com/software/htdocs/devlic.html?/software/products/ora... You'll have to do a free registration. It is a huge download - but you can install it with only clients present. - Babu http://vsbabu.org/ On Wed, Jul 17, 2002 at 01:16:28PM +0200, Maik Jablonski wrote:
