RE: [Zope] InterbaseStorage Product
Hello Phil, thanks a lot for your attached Product. The interbase storage works well with gvIB and win2k. Do you have any idea, how to implement replication on it? Best regards: Uwe
Uwe,
I converted the InterbaseStorage to use GVIB at one point, if that would make life any easier.
I've got a copy hanging around here somewhere, hang on I'll have alook for it.
OK I'm back:
Find the stuff attached, interbasestorage.zip.
This was a base interbasestorage, then changed to use GVIB. I did the work on a Win32 box, it was tested rudimentarily on a Linux box, but buyer beware, it may not work for you.
Phil
Phil, Would you be willing to put your gvIB storage up as a Product on Zope.org and allow me to take mine (that depends on KInterbasDB) down? - C ----- Original Message ----- From: "Uwe Fechner" <uwe.fechner@4commerce.de> To: "Phil Harris" <phil.harris@zope.co.uk> Cc: <zope@zope.org> Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2001 11:23 AM Subject: [Zope] RE: [Zope] InterbaseStorage Product Hello Phil, thanks a lot for your attached Product. Nah, if you're willing, just put it up in your member area and catalog it... I'm basically just looking to get out of the business of telling people "ummm" when they report problems with the one based on KInterbasDB. ;-)
sort of like 'pass the hassle' ;) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chris McDonough" <chrism@digicool.com> To: "Phil Harris" <phil.harris@zope.co.uk>; "Uwe Fechner" <uwe.fechner@4commerce.de> Cc: <zope@zope.org> Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2001 10:42 PM Subject: Re: [Zope] RE: [Zope] InterbaseStorage Product

Uwe, Sorry I can't really help you there, you're going to need someone with more IB experience.
