Frameset weirdness with Zope 1.11.0pr1

      Hi all,
This is a weird one.

Is there any reason why the following frameset document, saved as a DTML Method

<FRAMESET COLS="20%,80%">

<NOFRAMES>

<BODY ></NOFRAMES>

<FRAME SRC="mini_headers" NAME="LeftFrame">
<FRAME SRC="display?sib_id=15" NAME="RightFrame">
</FRAMESET>

Just displays as text under Zope 1.11.0pr1, but shows the frames 
under Zope 1.10.2?

To make things worse, it only happens with Netscape (3, Communicator) 
and not with Internet Explorer.
