Mmmmhhhh... The "11" figure reminds me of the "SEGFAULT" signal... Which is in fact the main reason for programmer's screams ("Aiieee!")... 528 could be a process number ? Were you playing with custom-made products or external methods ? :-) My 2 cents, Cheers, P.-J.

You've been segfaulted. Could be all sorts of things. It happens to me at random intervals but I've not had the time to investigate fully. I believe my solution to getting a core dump was to start z2.py with -Z '', which prevents running a management process, so of course Zope does not restart.
