I'm afraid that we don't provide a precompilied version for windows. In addition, this patch is unsupported. Sorry. You may wish to ask on the Zope list (zope@zope.org). Good luck! -Amos P.S. You may wish to look into using ZServer which comes with Zope and/or Apache.
