can someone kindly tell me how to create emergency user acct.

I am running win 98 and have my zope dir at c:\program files\website

I have followed the guideline in the zope book by running the zpasswd.py from command line : c\program files\website> $ python zpasswd.py access and having this error; -bad command / file name.

I am sure I must have been doing something contrary and funny.
