Since I triggered the hiding of REQUEST in Zope 2.1.4, I thought it would be only fair to describe how you can make it visible again in a more controlled fashion (for those who haven't already done so). Simply make a DTML Method in your root folder called 'DEBUG' (or something similar) containing the line: <dtml-var REQUEST> ...and set its permissions so that only Managers can view it.
