I was cleaning up my permissions settings, and I've inadvertantley closed off the Structured Text Help Files. Symptoms: When a manager clicks the Help link in the upper right corner, a new window pops up. The Help tree on the left shows up as expected, however, the pages on the right are inaccessible and give me a login prompt. The superuser (or should I say inituser) can get the files. I'll try any suggestions as I do really find the help helpful :) TIA, Troy
