Title: ImportError: cannot import name ZopeSplitter

Description: Zope won't start due to following error:

D:\PROGRA~1\Snafu\lib\python\Products\PluginIndexes\__init__.py, line 99, in ? (Object: Products.PluginIndexes.KeywordIndex) ImportError: cannot import name ZopeSplitter

It turns out that this was due to an old version of Winzip we were using in the build process that seems to have had trouble with some of the deep directory structures in 2.4, leaving some incomplete files in the win32 (binary) installer that was originally posted. We've rebuilt and tested the win32 binary installer using a newer version.
