Nope - you'll need a newer Sybase client library. See the HOWTO I put on the Zope site about this. Even if you can get it to build with 11.0.3, there appears to be problems inside that version of the client lib when used in multithread mode. http://www.zope.org/Members/anthony/dcSybase-on-linux

our Sybase DB is version 11.0.3. considering its also supposed to work with microsoft sql 6.5 (basically an older licensed version of sybase) this should be feasible.

What about 11.1.x ? Are there any (known) issues with connecting to older servers with newer libs? (ie.
