gvIB Interbase Adpater for Zope on Win2k
Hello, did anybody succeed to run gvIB v. 0.96 an win2k yet? In runs well for me on win98, but I didn't get it going with win2k.
From the python command line everything works well, but if I try to connect to the database from zope I get the message "Invalid connection string".
I tried to debug the python code, and the system creates this exception when calling the gvibBase.dll. I did try: - Zope 2.30 - Zope 2.31 - Interbase 6.01 on Win2k with servicepack. Thanks in advance. Best regards: Uwe Fechner ufechner@4commerce.de
Uwe, I don't use gvib on Windows, but can you tell your connection-string? Thanks, Tom. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Uwe Fechner" <uwe.fechner@4commerce.de> To: <zope@zope.org> Sent: Wednesday, April 18, 2001 11:38 AM Subject: [Zope] gvIB Interbase Adpater for Zope on Win2k

I use it on win2k all the time. What is the exact connection string you're using? Where is the database on your system? Brad Clements, bkc@murkworks.com (315)268-1000 http://www.murkworks.com (315)268-9812 Fax netmeeting: ils://ils.murkworks.com AOL-IM: BKClements
