I've installed Zope 2.6 on Debian (woody). When I start it, there's no problem:

But if I point my browser to Zope, I get nothig. And If I stop it, the following appears:

What's the problem? Did you set up your "STUPID_LOG_FILE" environment variable in the start script? If so, then see the log file for information. Perhaps you could see a python exception or something else that gives you a clue.
