On the page at <URL:http://www.zope.org/Products/Zope/2.5.1/Zope-2.5.1-src.tgz/view>, the link for downloading points to <URL:http://10.0.11.2:1380/Products/Zope/2.5.1/Zope-2.5.1-src.tgz>. The host part of that URL, 10.0.11.2:1380, is wrong.
