Hello again, There was no reply (so far) to the item I sent yesterday, so I though it might be simpler to deal with if I included the traceback. I, and apparently others, have tried any number of possible ways to set up a Mailhost Object, and the example forms, but the best I can get is an occasional variation in the error message, such as when I mistype the SMTP server name. We have Zope2 running on Sun/Sparc/Solaris 2.6. I have tried using several valid SMTP mailhost(s) , but they all say the recipient is not there. This sounds very much like a post at Squishdot, which I copied to the Zope list yesterday. In that case the Squishdot user reported that the recipient data was indeed missing, and so the mail was not deliverable. Any Ideas?
