Assuming you're talking about using MailHost, there are just two steps: 1. Configure an SMTP server to relay your mail. 2. Point to it with MailHost Step 1 is obviously more difficult. How you go about this will depend on what mail software you (or your ISP) use. If you're not the admin for your server, get in touch with the person who is and ask them to configure smtp to relay mail from your domain and/or network address.
