I exchanged email w. Joerg Senekowitsch, the maintainer of MySQLmodule.c. He noted that the bugs I'd found had been fixed in version 1.4 of the module, which is available from http://www.python.org/ftp/python/contrib/Database/

Are there plans to incorporate this newer rev of MySQLmodule into ZMySQLDA?
