Anyone see Drumbeat for web site IDE?
Infoworld Feb 8, page 59 has a review of Drumbeat as a replacement for Netobjects Fusion, and as an IDE. Anyone else seen this? Brad Clements, bkc@murkworks.com (315)268-1000 http://www.murkworks.com (315)268-9812 Fax netmeeting: ils://ils.murkworks.com ICQ: 14856937

Drumbeat is an very interesting program, and is by far the best development environment for ASP, but it is even more ASP centric then CF studio is ColdFusion centric(since CF Studio supports perl and ASP as well), and so is mainly aimed at ASP based Intranets. Of particular interest to Zope developers is the fact that Drumbeat has had a template system with inheritance from day one. If you check out their site you'll find a bunch of musical numbers bemoaning the perils and celebrating the joys of being a webmaster. ;-) http://www.drumbeat.com Michael Bernstein
