I wasn't sure if they had put a nice interface on your product or rolled their own. Now I think it is a ZClass that isn't publicly available. Sure would be nice if it was ;-) -Curt Yanko

The PTK tracker and the iTrack Issue Tracker are two completely different products.

The iTrack product is newer among the two and lags behind in features.
