Well, sounds nasty but I'm afraid you'll need to do some more diagnosis. Is the site "frontended" by Apache or Squid or IIS or something else? Is there anything in those logs?

together could mean that your Zope is crashing. Do you have python corefiles? Did you update any library or package before this happened? Regards, Sandor
