I was running behind Apache, but got rid of that so clear things up a little. There is a Zope root acl_users with 2 manager accounts. The root folder is set up for the Manager to do everything, Anonymous can only view things, and Owner does nothing. I can do anything I want to the site except View the content. It prompts for a password, but will always deny access no matter what account I use. Anon access no longer exists...

That's exactly what it says. Could it have anything to do with the fact that I'm behind a pretty restrictive proxy/firewall? I'd think not, but at this point I'm hoping for anything. Also, upgrading to IE5.5 didn't change a thing. Same xact problems. Another weirrd thing I notice is that I can't change the Proxy settings for an object w/o being prompted (ultimately being told I have no access). What makes this operation special?
