if I store a word-document as "doc" in a ZopeFolder, I can access it later in read/write mode. When I store this document as htm-document, it is writeprotected, when I open it again with word. Is this a Zope or Word-problem ?

Office 2k application under Win2K have lots of problems with WebDAV because of several bugs in their WebDAV implementation. I posted an explantion of the issue some time ago on the list. Please search through the archives. I am also having these strange locking problems with word. It has something to do with the fact that Word doesn't try to authenticate I guess.

Zope 2.5 alpha fixes some of the issues, but probably not all ...
