you might find the Plone-based OpenCore software that is driving the openplans.org site useful. it's feature-lean at the moment (basically just a group-centric wiki), but is under very active development, over the next two months we'll be deploying file attachments, mailing lists, blogs, and project rosters. http://plone.org/products/opencore http://openplans.org/projects/opencore -r
