hi there, i had a zope 2.3 installation under suse 7.0 (python 1.5.2) running wonderfully with connection to mysql (don't know the version anymore) now i installed the same mysql-data,. zope-data on suse 7.1. with mysql 3.22.30 and ZMySQL da 1-2-0 and MySQLdb 0.1.2, python 2.0 now i can use the database, so the data and passwords should be correct. unfortunately, if i connect to the database i get the error message printed in the addendum. is it possible, that i have to recompile the MySQLdb ? what else could be the problem? thanks for help olaf addendum -------------------- Zope Error Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource.
