It is very easy. Zope got major hardware upgrade - DigiCool bought a new computer for hosting the server. Just buy new computer bigger-better-faster, free it from other tasks - and voila! :)))

In particular, make sure you have enough memory to keep the Zope process in memory all the time. Paging will kill performance stone dead.
