Hello, in real life many users are not be able to give a report with all the information the handler needs to solve the problem. E.g. if there is a problem with the network connectivity, the handler needs other information from the reporter as there is a problem with installing software on a PC. I'm looking for a tracker product, where I can customize the report form depending on the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Marcus
