There is a way to do this, and that way is discussed in ZopeLabs (http://www.zopelabs.com/). Unfortunately, something is wrong with ZopeLabs. It is as though all the recipies in ZopeLabs were suddenly lost. As soon as ZopeLabs finds its head again, I would suggest looking there. They have (had) quite a few nice recipies there for day-to-day use of a Zope site. Ron

I actual meant is there a way to generate the link for a document, such as on the main page a link to the page info in the affairs directory. Can I do something so I don't have to hard code the link?
