Killer Zope opportunity? Heh, we must be winning if the pointiest of PHBs (at least, you can't go much further up the ladder from there) is making our case for us. Tres. -- ========================================================= Tres Seaver tseaver@palladion.com 713-523-6582 Palladion Software http://www.palladion.com
Well, presumably he's listening to his staff. They know Zope. :-) This might even be where the "shareware" comment originated from. What a kicker! Tres Seaver wrote:

What I find interesting is the Lotus comment. I used to do Notes development. (Currently I teach and administor a Network Support Specialist program at a local business college.) I am tinkering with Zope and several Zope products (WorldPilot, sqiuishdot, KMNN, and maybe Xen and the recently mentioned workflow product) to produce an intranet "suite" to use in the classroom and with some small businesses I consult for. It also doesn't hurt that one of the navy's new cruisers had to be towed back to port three times due to computer (NT) failures. Just think of the possibilities if Navy cruisers were run by Zope. :^)

Why do I think of someone on the other side of a diagreement going to http://aegis42.navy.gov.us/manage? :-) Of course it wouldn't be this trivial, but...
