I had a problem removing an item from a folder: Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. exceptions.AttributeError Sorry, a Zope error occurred. I assume that data loss could be minimized by exporting useful objects and re-importing them, but I need to know if this is the right fix before beginning to use anything "for real". JT
That something wouldn't have bee a Zope Draft would it? I put a bug report in a few weeks ago about this, check the collector for the status of this bug. This is due to bug in Draft objects. This bug will be fixed in 2.0 Beta 4. (Actually, draft objects were supposed to go away in Zope 2, but we forgot to disable them. Staring in Beta 4 you won't be able to add Draft objects.)
I tried bbb.py to see what's up:
machine$ python utilities/bbb.py var/Data.fs
Corrupted data record at 9
bbb.py of for reading ZODB 2 (Bobobase) databases. Data.fs is a ZODB 3 file storage. bbb.py should have complained that Data.fs was not a ZODB 3 file.
