Is anyone using NT (or W2K), Zope, PostgreSQL, PoPy and ZPopyDA? Do PoPy and ZPoPyDA build on NT? with cygwin?

Yes, cygwin should do the trick. My colleague is successfully using PoPy to access a Postrgres DB, well under Linux :-)
