Which permissions does one user need to start/quit working in Versions? A user that has "view management screens" (which works) and "join/leave versions" doesn't get Start/Quit buttons, and entering the "enter" URL manually gives a permission error.

What version of Zope are you using? I just tried to reproduce this on a fresh b3 installation, and didn't get this problem... Well, b1 ;) I'll try to upgrade our servers to b3 and recheck it :)
