I just joined the list, so I don't know exactly what the question was. But I too have found the caching in IE to me PITA. I gave up and downloaded the Firebird Version of Mozilla: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firebird/release-notes.html It's basically a stripped down version of Mozilla (ie Browser only, no email or news). It works really well. This is how I have IE set. IE version: 5.00.3314.2101CO.

I have MSIE 4 and I have same setting. But if I often visit same page, MSIE was gone after some time caching too. Self-intelligent software from Mß :-(( -- I dont like it. Try different browser if you have some curious errors.
