This would give you the ability to view without plugin. The main cost is that it is not zoomable or scalable. I'am working with geagraphical data, so zoom is a must

One other piece of unsolicited advice. Switch to NT or linux. Almost everyone who has tried the 95/98 and especially win/me has eventually come to great grief. Yes, win98 is only for my early test, the final app must run on NT, but I can't develop on this right now
