When will there be precompiled binaries for 2.0 alpha?
Yes, I'm still here :)
No there will not be any binaries for alpha releases. These are for early adopters and for people willing to live life on the edge. Binaries only encourage people not ready to deal with the instability to install it. We are unsure yet on beta releases, though we will definitely make binary releases available with release candidates where possible. If you wanna live life on the edge, you have to compile it yourself. Chris
