Hi, 1. am I going to physically create a folder in my zope server and the path to it is what is being reffered to as Base Path? Kindly furnish me with clear and coincise explanation. I know a "BASEPATH<i>" in "REQUEST". It is the path component (i.e. without the host component) of "BASE<i>". The path to the object is usually called "physical path" (obtained by "getPhysicalPath").

It is probably best to use the absolute filename. A relative filename, with respect to the folder where you startet Zope, may do as well.^ Dieter
