ZCache 0.2 now generates 'Last-Modified' headers - I liberated the code from the new Image.py. So ZCaches should now be cached in browsers and proxies. If it's called from <dtml-var> it doesn't generate the headers, so it should work correctly when embedded in other documents. This version also does basic permission checking.
