<CUT> AFAIK there is no quota system in Zope. Quota is usually a property of a filesystem, could be a quotaservice of your host OS to limit diskusage. Try making a copy of your Data.fs in the var dir; does it render the same error? If it does it's not related to Zope, but to your OS instead.
