There used to be a HispanoZope site hosted in Spain but AFAIK its been defunct for awhile. I live and work with zope in Colombia, am fluent in Spanish and would be interested in working on something like this. I'd be willing to dedicate some resources to a site for this if it doesn't already exist, somewhere. Hi there!

I am new to the list and nearly new to Zope.

I have made some small trials with Zope and I think is a powerful tool. However I work for Spanish speaking communiies and I feel it would be very useful to have a community focused on "SpanishZope".

Some issues I was thinking about:

- Product/Zope Translation into Spanish. Highest priority, user interfaces and manuals. For instance, CMF,Zwiki, Zubb, Squishdot

- Zope hosting by "SpanishSpeaking" companies

- The issues of localization and translation. For instance, the "ñ" character.

Any ideas on how to start?

Is already any "SpanihsZope" iniciative working?
