Yes. Assuming you have a standard Zope installation and you've not tampered with the ftp settings of ZServer (you'd know about ftp then wouldn't you). THe ZServer ftp is running under the (non default) 8021 port. You should point your ftp client to ftp://yoursite:8021/ That's it.
