How can you define a ZClass (for example the CD from the ZClasses tutorial) that can only be added on a specific folder (and its subfolders) ?

ZClasses have a specific way to do this I believe. Inside a ZClass you'll find a 'SubClasses' tab. If you don't select it in that tab it can't be added inside that class. Jason Spisak webmaster@mtear.com
