one linux libc5 based python 1.5.2 installation doesn't provide time.tzname - the ImportError in DateTime.py should be caught

Ugh - ok, I've added a fix to DateTime.py for this.

Regarding zope 2.0.0a3:

This libc5 machine also doesn't provide the module `timezone', so you should work around that as well.
