Dear List, I'm accessing Zope server with local IP where it is working fine. When natting my local IP to Public IP it is not navigating (as web pages) but it is working fine if you go from zope management folder. eg: I'm accessing Zope server (Management) at 192.168.1.179:8080. where I have /demo/LA folder. I want to access this folder directly as a web page. It is working fine by accessing http://192.168.1.179:8080/demo/LA but after natting this IP address with the public IP say, http://202.65.65.1:8080/demo/LA it is not working but it is accessible through http://202.65.65.1:8080/. What does "not working" mean? It might be possible that Zope still thinks it should use the private IP-Address. When you access a single page, this may not be obvious. But relative links and redirects may fail. Dieter
Thanks for your reply. But it is giving error while accessing as web page but it is showing correctly while accessing from Zope manager. For single page also it is giving error. On Tue, 2003-05-20 at 23:38, Dieter Maurer wrote:

Please remember: When you report problems, you must describe them precisely. "giving error" is not sufficient. We must know precisely what error (no response, error page, exception, ....). When you get a Zope exception, we need to know the "Error type", "Error value" and "Traceback". In Zope 2.6.x, you find them via the "error_log" object in your Zope root folder. Please try again to detail the errors you observe. Dieter
Dear Dieter, I'm "getting Page not found" Error while accessing directly. And also it is not redirecting to the login page in the network where it is working fine on stand alone. Thanks & Regards Praveen On Wed, 2003-05-21 at 23:40, Dieter Maurer wrote:

You may look in Zope's HTTP log file. It is usually "var/Z2.log". Check that the request arrives at Zope and that the URL is correct. Dieter
