Some of our users/developers (the difference tends to be blurred when you're using Zope) used and liked the <dtml-eval> tag in older zopes. I've just upgraded to the newest and bestest, but hestitate to install evaltag. The evaltag package / patch includes a fix for dtml-comment so you can have malformed dtml code inside it. I think this was was put in the standard code a couple of releases back, so I'm afraid that the patch won't install cleanly. -Magnus
